Dal gesto is a composition in which I researched the musical form in the process of transformation of musical material, triggered by a single initial gesture.

From the conformation of the first gestural element, characterized by attack, resonance and sound residue, derives the formal structure of the entire piece and of individual sections. Each forming part of the first gesture is developed in the course of the composition, becoming independent material and separating itself from the primordial gesture.
